Review of Baby Feeding Service - CHS written by a patient
15th December 2017

Breast feeding team is a Really good set up especially in the early days where difficult to get out of the house. Good care however different people have different advice which can be confusing or you just chose to follow your instincts. Would be great to have contact via text or phone during weekend For the newborn weeks. Been to a few breast feeding clinics In tower hamlets and pleased with quality of care. Thank you for helping to improve confidence with BF. Keep up the good work.

Review of Baby Feeding Service - CHS written by a patient

I love this team of workers. They are well versed at their expertise and are able to share and assist women in being able to improve and maintain their ability to brraatfeed. I appreciated how easily accessible the team were through clinics and quick response home visits. Even though I had strong support at home, ultimately the visits to the drop in clinics were critical for me to continue breastfeeding in early days and make me feel empowered to succeed. The team also diagnosed my babies tongue tie which again allowed me to get through a rough situation that I didn’t know how to navigate. I almost certainly would have given up breastfeeding if not for this resource. It is critical for the community and better health of babies and mental health of new moms to have this resource.

Review of Community Dental Services written by a patient
6th December 2017

Appointment was at the Dental Hospital, RLH. Am absolutely disgusted with the waiting time waited over 2.5 hours to be seen, was told by reception after an hours wait “your letter does say you could be here for approx 2 hours, I’ll speak to the nurse when she comes out”. Not once did she attempt to speak to a nurse and said the same to others that asked. Also someone that turned up about 40 minutes after was called in before us all despite us all being “new” patients. Also one of the receptionists has talons for nails with nail jewels on them etc. Where is infection control in this as she is patient facing (I work in the NHS so know about this).
